This is a quote I did from LotR. I've actually had the calligraphy itself done for quite a long time, but the versal letter idea didn't come to me until this afternoon, so that's what I did this evening.

Alphabet: Chancery Italics
Time Alotted: Approximately 2-2.5 hours
Materials: 2.5 mm calligraphy chisel point pen, black inking pens, gold paint
The writing on the outside of the versal letter is the inscription on the One Ring, as seen on the front cover of my 50th anniversary LotR book.
